Please send us an email if you would like to pay by invoice and please mention the plants you want to pay for, your name, address, and phone number. We will send you payment info ASAP.

All the listed prices included 24% VAT​.

• Shipping

The order is dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays​.

• Cancel orders

Customers have a right to cancel their orders in 24 hours by email.

• Refund & Return

The plants are perishables, so the products can not be returned.​

 

The customer is obliged to inform the seller within three days (3) of receiving it, about any damages to the received product, this should be done via email accompanied by pictures of the damages and sent to info@rooted.fi

The product must be picked up from the delivery location within three (3) days of getting the notification of it.

​

The Client should be aware that light transport damages may occur and these will not be considered for a refund.

In case the product gets damaged in other ways during the shipment, customers can inform us by email or contact form, we will handle the situation as soon as possible.
